This feature is definitely a must. I have been suing my own version of this using third party software. My clients love it. It is a lot of work tho. Having something working inside TAVE will be AMAZING. Please make this top of the list.

Expand the client page to include links that we can link to anywhere, such as galleries on other websites, notes, etc. Right now, it's a bit of a single use thing that doesn't have much room for a login, but if we could add custom things to it, we'd be able to use it so much better.

What other platform is out there that is as clear as Tave as I love it but there's some areas like this and the Zoom meeting schedule that should have been done by now. I'm really enjoying Tave but I'm open to other platforms that are equally amazing but offer the both items. Especially a professional client portal.

Hi Loizos,
What are platform is out there that you're looking into as I'm eager to learn if there's something better. I'm invested into Tave and really love the customer service and support but I'm open to things. We're at a point in tech where expectations from our clients are needed to be met and I have to schedule things faster. Please share with me better platforms as I was with Lightblue for years and it wasn't very good at all. Tave is way better but I do find there's always something with a platform.

I would like my clients to have a clear view of their products and the ability to make any changes to upgrades to their their collection here. For say if there collection only includes 6 hours of photography, they can add the extra hour they want as it gets closer to the wedding day.

Aside from all of the other great suggestions here, I would love to be able to create a basic quote template on the portal which I can send out to enquiries where clients can build their own package, sign contracts and pay deposits to secure their date - maybe even a pricing page that connects directly to your website also. I signed up to Dubsado for this reason, but just can't bring myself to leave Tavé - so desperate for a better client experience.

It would be really amazing to see the capability for clients or vendors to upload files through client portal. For example: Timeline Documents for Photographers. Currently it’s through email.
Or Vendors can upload files/images from the shoot as a Raw Gallery.

I truly wish my client portal had the ability to be a place that my client can download a whole wake of things, like guides, what to do, where to go, pdfs making it place that they can access to feel that I'm on their side with that luxury experience. Making it look fabulous ie key too. Lastly, yes they can access how much they've paid, what's due and options if they'd like ie albums, wall art etc.

Add a portal homepage link on all pages, so that when viewing and order or paying an invoice, the client can return to the main portal page. I was a customer on someone else's Tave, and trying to get back to the main page to pay for multiple invoices was impossible. Had to click the first email link and log back in to get back to the portal homepage.

This is becoming a necessity in my business and it makes no sense for me to use a CRM without it. I feel like it should majorly be a client communication HUB. Where all users of the team can communicate directly with the clients in one avenue and provide updates to tasks and the stages they are at. Basically like the MOXO service without having to leave TAVE ever. It would provide a much stronger client satisfaction rate if we were able to do this rather than having to email everything externally

This would be amazing. In addition to the requests that have already been made, I would love to be able to add session details as they are chosen. Sort of a "one-stop for all session info".
For example: A place for the location name with optional image and optional text section to include special instructions.
Similarly I offer a client wardrobe to Maternity clients, I'd love a place to put text or text with images of the wardrobe items selected for the session.

I would like a few basic items update here. First - can I select the order that the clients see items on the portal? (the current: contract, quote, questionnaire doesn't work for me. I want questionnaire, contract) *why is it called ‘Contract Requests’? for me these are simply contracts. I’d only really want the final signed contract to be part of the client portal.

I would like to the ability to share other links – to our shared dropbox folder, or to have the dropbox folder capability within Tave (so we can share files, lists, photo references)
I would prefer to have the ability for the folder to be locked or catalogued so the client couldn’t accidentally delete something or change something unintentionally.

I would not like the client to have full access to their profile. It may seem like I have too much info about them or am requesting too much info about them – and I really don’t need a lot of what is on the ‘profile’ page so I don’t want them to feel like my portal is asking for it.

I would like questionnaires to have a status on them ‘new’ or ‘clicked’ or ‘submitted’ so the couple can see their progress on the questionnaires they are supposed to submit.

I’d like to be able to add information sections, sample lists for reference, that sort of thing. I would love to be able to make my own sections in Client Portal, but that may be too advanced a request.

I would like a status bar (that I create the items on) so the clients can know what is missing, what is late, what is due. This would be somewhat similar to the questionnaire status, but slightly different as some things do not fit into a questionnaire format.

I am happy to share more about my requests.

I am literally holding off on sending over 40 proposal confirmation/ bookings because I want them to look prettier! Really hoping this is launched in early February.
(Clients have already paid a booking feel on Black Friday via flodesk so I have them secured)

Please add scheduling!! And space for the client to add shot lists. Also allow for multiple projects to be viewed by an agency or large client when multiple projects are in the works.

I would like to add a "return to previous page" button on every page. When you click on open invoices or any of the history links there is no way of getting back to the main portal page. I think a logout button would be nice too.

In addition to sprucing up the client portal design, It would be nice for it to be an all in one place for clients. They should be be able to access our booking schedule, links and other forms that we can add such as a timeline, welcome letter, etc.

This would be HUGE for us! We come up against other vendors in the sales process that have very robust client portals that allow the clients to see everything all in one place. Things like their completed photos, videos, timeline creation & planning tools, ordering albums and prints. It's a great selling tool to show how easy it is.

I wish there were more options for design lead templates we can use for the client portal. A lot of luxury photographers use Dubsado for this and TAVE is behind on the design front. I literally know heaps of photographers who have gone to Dubsado just because of it client portal proposal capabilities.

I would love for there to be a 'file storage' component (ideally integrated with Dropbox) I'd like clients to be able to see files ex a look board, copies of contracts, their vendor list, things like that. And I'd like to know when those items are 'read'/ accessed so I know how familiar couples are with their details.

Additionally, if there was a way to create a delivery mechanism within Tave, so I can host a clients videos on Vimeo, but have them delivered right within the client portal, so they're always within their already existing client portal and the clients don't need to go to another platform to see their final delivery, that would be amazing.
