Text marketing is the new way to interact with clients. SMS texting has 100% open ratio versus email. We can use zapier for some of those but if they are integrated in TAVE somehow this would be very handy and powerful sales tool.

It's not integrated. Its just totally separate and we'd like to be able to have it all in tave. The other company is Project Broadcast.

Now that we have the scheduling feature. We need the option to update our clients on ongoing booking through text as well as email. Clients respond faster when they get notified via text message versus having to go and look for an email. I currently have two clients that started booking through our scheduler and they stopped. I want to be able to notify them or send automatic updates about finishing their booking. But wouldn’t necessary want to rely solely on email doing that. So if we could get something with Simply Text or something, that would be dope. Thanks for all that you guys do though. Been asking for the scheduler for quite some time and y’all came through hard with it.

I was able to set up a workaround using my Phone.com business phone number and a very complex Zapier integration that has like 3 steps, but it DOES work....basically an automation sends an email to a Zapier "email parser"...that then pushes to Phone.com, with a message that is part of the email. Mine effectively just says "hey I just responded to your email, let me know if you have any questions" (more eloquently written than that but that's the gist of it). So they get my email, and then 2 minutes later the automation runs for the text. It took me weeks to figure it out and test it and get it right but it *does* work. If you however only use a regular cell phone number then I wouldn't know how to do that.

Yes please have support for OpenPhone. I feel it's important to not add additional phone numbers just for sms automations, OpenPhone allows for seamless sms automations & integrations with your business phone number.

Fingers crossed for OpenPhone support. It’s the best VoIP Iv ever used and don’t plan on leaving lol. Will be crushed if Tave doesn’t have support for it. They allow integrations.

I couldn't agree more. I was getting increasingly awful wedding quote acceptance rates until I started manually text messaging everything. Now almost none of my client communication is in Tave. In fact, I don't send a formal quote until the client wants to go forward as communicated by text message. So this is great news. I just hope there will be a Twilio (or similar) option since I need to have all text messages to and from a client on my phone # and in one thread. Using a different # would be useless for me.

YEEEEEEEES! This is amazing news! Super excited! When rolling this out, PLEASE consider making it a fully functional softphone integration with 2 way sms, 2 way calls, a dialer keypad, & fully automated funnel integration like the email side has with if/then actions/triggers. There are affordable CRM's that do all of this, if you need some references to look at let us know.

If we had a way to use a secondary email we could send text directly to the clients phone number email all you need is your clients phone number and from their you can find out what carrier they have and then input their email secondary email into tave , not sure if they can reply directly from their phone back to the email chain but i think this should at least be considered

Right. We just need triggers with zapier for everything. When a lead status changes. Or when we get a new lead. There are so many things we can do with zapier but there are not enough triggers unless you use web hooks and to setup each one like that would take forever.

Come on Adrian let’s take TAVE to the next level.
